4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We offer guidelines for how you may request a refund or reschedule based on the type of offering:
4.1 Community Services
- Rescheduling: Requests to change a booked session or event date must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Approved changes incur no extra fee.
- Refunds: If we cancel an event or session, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days using the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable: Bookings made less than 24 hours before an event are non-refundable due to planning requirements.
4.2 Digital Products
- Eligibility: You may request a refund within 14 days of initial access provided less than 20% of the content has been viewed or downloaded.
- Processing: Approved refunds are completed within 5 business days to the payment source you used.
- After Access: No refund is available once more than 20% of the content is accessed.
4.3 Physical Goods
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Timeframe: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
- Processing: Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 10 business days.
